A NOTE FROM MR. PARK
"I have been making Pear Juice since I was a child. My grandfather ran a pear orchard, and my father cultivated small pears. I now run the orchard and the juice factory. I learnt a great deal about Pear Juice from my grandfather and father, And at university, I studied food processing science. Having specialised in this field, I have now spent over 20 years making Pear Juice. I am doing work that helps people. Particularly providing employment for the elderly in Gyeongju. We are making a significant contribution. We have employed over 100 senior citizens. I first met Sophie several years ago and with both of our extensive development and research we have worked on various versions of Seoul Tonic together. We developed this product together and have a considerable amount of affection for it.”
THE PROCESS
The quality of our tonic is extremely important to us. Tapping into Mr Park's family extraction method that has been patented and developed over three generations, we are able to carefully extract ALL the nutrients from the super fruits we use. Our partnership is so special, as the Seoul Tonic formula doesn't exist any where else in the world. It truly is a unique combination and a representation of a cross border fruitful partnership! We use the Korean Pears from the beautiful pear farm, right next to the factory in Gyeongju, and we are both involved in the manufacturing process end to end.
