Refund policy
Overview
All returns and exchanges require an authorization number from Seoul Tonic. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.
Change-of-mind return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests for damaged or faulty products must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange for a change-of-mind purchase, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement in accordance with applicable law/ US consumer laws.
Return Fees & Shipping
Change-of-mind returns are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for these returns.
For damaged or faulty items, no restocking fee will apply, and a return shipping label will be provided by Seoul Tonic.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return your order, you will need to follow the return process outlined below.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether your return has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4–6 business days. Please contact us only if your refund has not appeared in your account after 7 business days from approval.
Additional Information
Products purchased through authorized retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Limited edition or promotional items may be subject to different return policies, as specified at the time of purchase.
Subscription orders can be paused or canceled at any time through your account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
How to Request a Return

- Full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
- Photos (if reporting damage or a defect)
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and an authorization number if your return is approved.
